Returns
Time Frame: You can return the products within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Exclusions: Customized items or products marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service at alyssafolsom@pampergodllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alyssafolsom@pampergodllc.com.
Shipping for Returns
Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
